      On this page, we'd like to introduce ourselves, and let you meet the people behind our high quality wedding videos. We are excited about meeting new couples, hearing their stories, and providing wedding videography they'll love, and we thought you might want to know a bit more about us too.

ABOUT THE WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHERS

      My name is James, and my wife Marianna and I are steering every aspect of our wedding videography business. We are very hands-on with every stage from couples' consultations to filming to editing, and have a great team to deliver the absolute best wedding videos available in Canton, North Carolina. We personally guarantee every video, and we always love meeting with each bride and groom.

      We can't call ourselves newlyweds anymore, as we were married in September of 1998. In a twist of fate, a catastrophe at our own wedding sparked our desire to create wedding videos for couples. While we hired one of the best wedding photographers in our area, we decided to skimp on the videography and hire an amateur. Surely he could hold the camera and give us something better than a family member cuold do, right? Unfortunately, very wrong. The people we hired had professional equipment, but did not know how to use the equipment or provide even adequate coverage of a wedding. It took us several YEARS to get our video from him, and we were sorely disappointed with the results - uninteresting picture with horrible quality and virtually nonexistent audio.

      After our great disappointment, we spoke with other couples and heard similar experiences about their wedding videos. We were sad for them, but inspired to help others! We decided to break the mold of the typical wedding video company, and set about aquiring the skills to deliver a high quality, unique product! Our wedding videos came to be known as "wedding movies" and are now offered under our branch company, Player Wedding Films. Our very high quality documentary, "as it happened" wedding videos are offered here at Absolute Productions and Media, and are offering every couple the opportunity to have a quality wedding video no matter their budget.

      While the wedding videos we produce are a very large part of our life and take up a gargantuan amount of time we actually value our family time as the most important thing. We have two incredible boys. Their names are Matthew and Daniel, and they are a blast to be around. We consider ourselves lucky to have two wonderful children and enjoy watching them grown (although it is too fast). They have drastically different personalities but in the same token they love each other and typically get along pretty well. Marianna and I enjoy a variety of things but we honestly don't have a ton of time to get into many extracurricular activities. When we do have extra time we of course try to spend time with our boys and we also enjoy being around our friends.
