      We also wanted to take a moment and give a bit of background information about us on a more personal level. We love providing attention to detail for each wedding video we work on and really enjoy getting to know each individual couple, and we hope that you enjoy reading this little blurb about us.

      My name is James, and my wife Marianna and I are proud to be at the helm of this great company. We guarantee every wedding video will meet our high quality standards, and you'll be pleased every step of the way - from consultations to filming, editing, and delivery. Our great team will produce simply the best wedding video available in Dahlonega, Georgia.

      We can't call ourselves newlyweds anymore, as we were married in September of 1998. In a twist of fate, a catastrophe at our own wedding sparked our desire to create wedding videos for couples. While we hired one of the best wedding photographers in our area, we decided to skimp on the videography and hire an amateur. Surely he could hold the camera and give us something better than a family member cuold do, right? Unfortunately, very wrong. The people we hired had professional equipment, but did not know how to use the equipment or provide even adequate coverage of a wedding. It took us several YEARS to get our video from him, and we were sorely disappointed with the results - uninteresting picture with horrible quality and virtually nonexistent audio.

      Disappointment led to conversations with other couples - we wanted to know if their wedding video was actually decent. Unfortunately, many of them had similar stories and experiences. Marianna and I felt the calling to wedding videography, and set about to get the skills to start a unique wedding video company offering videos couples would be thrilled with. We have grown a lot since we started filming in 2006. Our wedding movies, as they have come to be referred to, are like Blockbuster hits, starring the bride and groom, and were so wildly popular we had to create a second company to handle the business - Player Wedding Films. Absolute Productions and Media has continued offering the highest quality documentary, "as it happened", wedding videos available, so that couples of every budget can have a quality wedding video.

      While the wedding videos we produce are a very large part of our life and take up a gargantuan amount of time we actually value our family time as the most important thing. We have two incredible boys. Their names are Matthew and Daniel, and they are a blast to be around. We consider ourselves lucky to have two wonderful children and enjoy watching them grown (although it is too fast). They have drastically different personalities but in the same token they love each other and typically get along pretty well. Marianna and I enjoy a variety of things but we honestly don't have a ton of time to get into many extracurricular activities. When we do have extra time we of course try to spend time with our boys and we also enjoy being around our friends.
