      We also want to give you a brief but more personal introduction to the people behind Absolute Productions and Media's awesome wedding videography. We enjoy getting to know each couple through the process of creating their wedding videos, and we thought it would be fun if you knew a little about us too.

      My name is James, and my wife's name is Marianna (pretty, isn't it?). We are the two "behind the curtain", overseeing and having a hand in every step of your wedding video from consultations to filming to editing to delivery. We make a great team, and you can count on us to give you the best wedding video in Huntersville, North Carolina.

      We have been married for quite a while now, no longer newlyweds. Looking back, it's funny on one hand, but sad on the other - a disaster at our own wedding sparked our interest in wedding videography. We, like most couples, were trying to cut as many corners financially as we could, so we hired a cheap, amateur videographer. We had chosen an expensive photographer, and figured we didn't need much for a video, just a set up a camera and let it roll - how hard could it be? We soon found out. Well, I shouldn't say soon, since it took us several YEARS to get the videographer to give us our video. And we understand why he didn't want to give it to us, as it was NOT something to be proud of - the visuals were shaky, blurry, dim, bad lighting, and the audio, what audio? You mean you actually want to hear your vows? Sorry.

      More than disappointed, feeling angry and cheated, we talked to other just-married couples, and heard very similar stories of pitiful wedding videos. Inspired to help other couples absolutely love their wedding videos, we plunged headfirst and passionately into acquiring the skills to become the best wedding videographers in Huntersville, North Carolina. Along the way, we began offering cinematic wedding movies with the feel of Hollywood blockbusters, and these unique and captivating wedding videos became so popular, we branched off to create a second company, Player Wedding Films, to focus specifically on them. Absolute Productions and Media still focuses on its original intent of providing documentary style wedding videos of the absolute highest quality that every couple can afford.

      While our wedding video business takes up an unbelievable amount of time (almost all of our weekends include at least one but up to four or five weddings!), we value our quality family time above all else. We are lucky to have two wonderful boys, who are two years apart, and a blast! Their names are Matthew and Daniel, and although their personalities and interests are very different, they get along quite well. We also enjoy spending time having dinner with friends and just relaxing.
